Mat

Mat classes have no more than 8 clients over 2 rooms with 2m between each person. Mats and small equipment (magic circles, resistance bands and weights) are provided.
All classes aim to get you moving correctly from your core.
Depending on ability, classes work through the 34 exercises set out by Joe Pilates – this order allows you to get stronger, more flexible, deepen your core strength and stability. After just a few sessions you’ll start to feel stronger and will enjoy the increased range of movement in your body and you’ll start looking and feeling so much better. As you become more familiar with the order you can take each exercise and get better every time you do it.
Our small classes enable our teachers to see exactly what’s going on, we’re able to guide new clients to get them safely on their pilates way. We ask that you inform the teacher of any significant health/fitness issue beforehand so exercises can be broken down for you.
