We work to the original works of Joseph Pilates. Our mat classes move through a series of 34 exercises from the original pilates repertoire. You will feel better, look better and move better after a series of sessions with us on the tower, on the reformer, on the mat, on the barre, on the wunda chair and/or the barrels.
