ABOUT PILATES

Pilates improves posture and helps to reshape the body to become longer, leaner and more toned, developing both strength and flexibility. It is also a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension.
In just one session, there’s a strong chance you’ll learn more about your body than in doing 2 years of High Intensity Programmes. Pilates Works can help you enjoy your body, its balances and its imbalances by controlling every move you make.
We work to the original works of Joseph Pilates. Our mat classes move through a series of 34 exercises from the original pilates repertoire. You will feel better, look better and move better after a series of sessions with us on the tower, on the reformer, on the mat, on the barre, on the wunda chair and/or the barrels.

We use, where possible, the 34 exercises developed by Joe Pilates that formed his repertoire. We understand that each client has different abilities and we work hard to break down and adapt the routine to each clients' body

The studio houses a Gratz reformer, 4 Gratz wall towers with raised mats, two wunda chairs, small barrels and arc barrels, foot corrector/toe corrector, small equipment and barres.
